🔄 TRUORA Return & Refund Policy

At TRUORA, we want you to love your performance wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of deodorant, makeup, or fragrance marks

  • With all original tags attached


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We offer free exchanges on all U.S. orders within 30 days.
If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer:

  • Store credit
    or

  • A refund to your original payment method


💵 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Refund processing time:

  • Returns take 3–5 business days to inspect once we receive them

  • Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear / compression undergarments

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “No Returns” or “Clearance”


📦 Return Shipping

For U.S. customers:

  • Returns for refunds: A $5.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Exchanges: FREE return label

For international customers:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable


🧵 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send your order number and clear photos to:

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


📨 How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We’ll reply with your return instructions and prepaid label (if applicable).


📌 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card issuer

  3. If you still need help, email us at support@truorafit.com
