📦 Order Processing Time

All TRUORA orders are processed and packaged within:

1–2 business days

(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Processing time does not include weekends.


🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping (Domestic – From Maryland)

We ship all U.S. orders directly from Maryland for fast delivery.

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Flat rate: $11.00 - $31.00

  • FREE on orders $100+

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Flat rate: $32.00 - $35.00

Priority Express (1–2 business days)

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location

Carriers used: USPS, UPS, FedEx (we select the fastest/most reliable option).


🌎 International Shipping

Yes — TRUORA ships worldwide.

International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Important:
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged by your country upon delivery.


🔍 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, feel free to contact us.


🏠 Wrong Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
TRUORA is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer.

If you need to correct your address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at:

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

Please contact the carrier directly:

  • USPS: 1-800-275-8777

  • UPS: 1-800-742-5877

  • FedEx: 1-800-463-3339

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered.

We will do our best to assist you, but we encourage customers to check with neighbors or building management.
